| Minimum order quantity | 10,000–50,000 units per SKU for disposable items (masks, gloves). Higher for tooled products (goggles, helmets) due to mold costs. |

| Sample turnaround | 7–15 days for standard packaging changes; 15–30 days if new tooling is required. |
| Packaging customization | Logo printing, custom box/bag design, and insert cards are standard. Structural mold-based packaging is quoted separately. |
| Payment terms | New partners: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T). Net 30 available after an established track record. |
